Iraqi parliament tries to dismss the Kirkuk governor 

The Iraqi parliament vote to depart Dr. Najmaldin Karim from his post. 

The controversial vote come after the raising Kurdistan flag over government offices. 

The decision to raise the flag is convened by city council and local government.
