Just days after Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu threatened to pull out from the landmark migrant deal, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker downplayed Ankara’s rhetoric, saying it is doubtful such strident statements will ever pass a reality check.
